Dessert Dip (5 ingredients)
This one is a good and inexpensive option to cannoli and it actually tastes like cannoli.
16-oz. container ricotta cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ lemon, juiced
1 package waffle cones
Mix the ricotta cheese, the powdered sugar and the vanilla extract together in a bowl. Squeeze the juice of the lemon. Add the chocolate chips. Break the waffle cones into pieces and dip them is the mixture.
Oreo Cheesecake Truffles
We all love truffles and Oreos! This is the recipe for a treat that is worth ignoring the diet.
36 Oreo cookies (or more)
3 cups of chocolate chips (or chocolate morsel if you prefer)
8 oz cream cheese
Place the Oreos inside a ZipLock and crush them into crumbs. Combine this with the cream cheese until you obtain a brown and smooth mixture. Make small balls with this mixture and place them on a cookie sheet.
In another container, melt the chocolate on low heat. Remove once the chocolate is smooth. Roll three truffles at a time in the melted chocolate. If you wish, you can sprinkle these with some Oreo crumbs. Once done, place them in the refrigerator and let them cool.
Banana Ice Cream (1 ingredient!)
You will need one ripe banana. Yep, that is all.
Directions: Chop the banana into pieces and place inside the freezer for at least 2 hours. Blend the frozen chunks in a food processor or blender. Make sure you do not over blend. That is it. Now, you have a banana with the chunky consistency of ice cream. If you are feeling adventurous, you can add some peanut butter, berries, or chocolate sprinkles.
