Creamy mushroom pasta

Almost everyone likes pasta, and what is good about it is that you can easily make almost any kind of pasta and you don’t have to be an expert in order to do it, and yet you will still get an amazing dish.


This is also the case with this recipe. It is simple, cheap and really yummy. Anyone can do this.
Ingredients:
500 grams of macaroni or any kind of pasta
2 packets of button mushrooms
2 small onions
4 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
2 teaspoons of chopped basil
4 tablespoons of flour
3 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of butter
5-6 tablespoons of grated cheese, you can choose mozzarella, cheddar or parmesan
Salt and pepper (you choose the amount)


First you should melt the butter in a pan and then add chopped garlic and onion and fry it until it’s done.
Then chop the mushrooms and when you sliced the mushrooms add them to this mixture of onion and garlic and mix it all together.
When you see that mushrooms are cooked, add the flour and stir it well for at least four-five minutes on a low flame.
Add the milk and keep on stirring until you see that the sauce is getting thickened. When you finish with it, cook the pasta until it’s is completely cooked.
After you are done, mix the pasta with that sauce, add chopped basil and parsley and mix it all well.
Pour this delicious pasta in a bowl and then add grated cheese you have chosen and bake it in a preheated oven until you see that the cheese is melted.
